Tub was listed on the website as cast iron but actually was acrylic. Talked to customer service representative who was wonderful and immediately said the info was sent by the manufacturer to go on Wayfair website and that Wayfair was unaware that it wasn't cast iron. She also said she would take that listing down and offered me a resolution.. Anne. Conway, SC. Fri Nov 07 2025

LUXURIOUS!! Note: if you want the heating element for this tub, it has to be installed during the manufacturing process. I didn't realize that until quite a while after purchasing it, so now I have a bathtub without a water heater. But the water stays so hot in the tub that a heater is not needed ... unless perhaps you live in a place with very cold winters. This is a wonderful soaking tub and is very attractive. But before purchasing, please consider the mobility of your hips and joints. For older, less flexible people it might be difficult to climb into and out of this deep tub, but it's not currently a problem for me yet. And for that I am grateful.. Jean. Texas. Sun Jul 19 2026

Well that could have been a better! The box looked like it was thrown off the FedEx truck. The video evidence from my home cameras shows that it was !?!
