It features a sleek frame that mounts directly to the ceiling, so it's a great option for spaces with lower clearances. A reversible motor provides year-round comfort by switching the direction of the airflow during warmer or cooler months. It also includes a remote control and a wall control that let you adjust the settings from anywhere across the room.

The fan works well. I was surprised that the wall switch is powered by batteries rather than being wired in. While that may be a benefit for some people, it required a second hole to be made in my wall. On top of that, my workman didn't consider the placement of the switch as esthetically as I would have preferred when he cut the hole for it. While the placement problem was not the fault of the product per se, it reduced my liking of the fan.. Saval. San Antonio, TX. Tue Aug 11 2026

You can choose from six different speed settings to customize your comfort throughout the year. Plus, the included remote control lets you adjust the lighting and fan speed from anywhere in your home.

Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. Had to drill them and then use nuts to secure the fan to the bracket.. Jim. Moreno Valley, CA. Tue Jun 02 2026

This fan is very simple yet elegant. I put it up in the family room to circulate air. The reason I love this fan in the family room is because it has a reverse cycle. We live in the high desert and it gets cold in the winters. Having the ability to blow warm air down is a plus in the winter. Having it blow cool air in the summer is also a treat. I wish it had a light. Otherwise I love it. It was super easy to install. I think it took longer to take down the old fan. We’ve had for 30 years then to just put this together and put it up.. The Frisco 44 inch indoor ceiling fan in a matte black finish includes a two-light LED bowl kit with frosted white glass, five reversible blades in matte black and espresso, and a pull chain control, delivering timeless style with three speeds, a manual reverse feature, and efficient LED illumination for any indoor space.

Was exactly as described and works great. Easy to install. Would by again if I need a ceiling fan.. Lisa. Rancho Cordova, CA. Mon Jul 13 2026

This 48-inch flush mount ceiling fan features three solid white wood blades with a natural grain finish, bringing a clean, minimalist look to modern spaces. Designed with an 8-degree blade pitch, it delivers efficient and quiet airflow. The ultra-quiet DC motor offers 6 forward and reverse speeds for year-round comfort, easily controlled by the included remote. With a low-profile 7" height, it is ideal for rooms with 7–10 ft ceilings, providing energy-efficient performance without compromising style.

Purchased this fan in white to replace an old fan from the late 1990s as a stop-gap as I plan to take down the popcorn ceiling in the next year. The low profile saved me about 7" of head clearance compared to my old fan, which was a major reason I purchased it, along with it fading away into the existing ceiling. I am incredibly impressed and happy with it. Solid build quality. If you have basic electrical wiring knowledge and have turned a screw, installation is straight forward — it took me longer to remove the old fan than it did to install this one (roughly 25 minutes). Whisper quiet, even at the highest speed. Didn't need to use the included balance kit, but appreciate the manufacturer includes it. The remote buttons are logically organized and the remote comes with a wall mount 'holster' to keep it from getting lost in the seat cushions (or worse, fall into the ether of wherever missing socks go from the dryer). ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS FAN DOES NOT INCLUDE A LIGHT KIT AND A LIGHT CANNOT BE ADDED LATER. If you are replacing an older fan that does have a light (or the light is bypassed by an additional switch), you will need to cap the wiring that is no longer needed. Make sure you are comfortable with that before purchase/installation. Overall, this is a great fan at a fantastic price. I've installed a lot of fans over the years and this one is on-par with fans that are 3x the price. I would definitely purchase again.. Adam. Rochester, MN. Fri Oct 16 2026

Fan works wonderfully. Easy to assemble and install. I liked it so much I got another for another room in the house.
