This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. It is pretty good value for the price I’m happy enough with the delivery and quality of the product I think the directions could be a little bit more clear as to the steps in the process and have the pictures are angled i.e. Label this is the front or the back or the side.
