It works well for this and will hold 20-24 bottles. The lids fit securely and even when loaded heavy the storage bins feel strong and well made. I love that they are stackable because I am always needing to reduce storage floor space. They seem to stack well but I still try to put heavier items on bottom and lighter on top. I really like these 19 gallon storage containers. Fast delivery nice color lots of room inside. I would loved to give them a five star rating. All six of the containers came without latches! See photos. It was weird. Must be a quality control thing at their packing facility. Did they think I would not notice? If I was going to use them for camping or for moving, I would’ve returned them, but since they are just sitting on shelves in my garage, I decided to keep them.
