Overall the crate is very nice, putting it together took quite a few hours but it came together. I took a star away because it’s kinda hard to open the front doors without putting your whole arm through the crate bars to unlatch the bottom & top. Also one side of the front crate door hinges didnt properly go in all the way so the doors are a little uneven. Great crate! We have a 180 pound cane Corsa that has occasional anxiety issues when his people family leave him. On our previous wire crates, his pushing actually bent the wire and warped the door so badly we needed to replace it. This crate is STRONG and there is no way our dog, despite his strength, can bend the bars. It is slightly narrower than our other wire crates, but he easily turns around in it. It was very easy to assemble, but it did take two people to hold parts still so that the hardware went in straight. I love the wheels! I can reposition the crate easily even with him in it. If you have puppies, the door on top would be a great way to get them in without running out of the front door. Note that if you put the wheels in place, the dog will need to step up into the crate 5 inches. If your dog has mobility issues, Id keep the crate on the floor to avoid the step up. Doors open smoothly and are wide enough to let even very large dogs inside with ease. This was expensive, but way cheaper in the long run as it was our second wire crate that he destroyed! We ordered the white unit for the large dog crate. The first delivery by Fed Ex arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered. The customer service representative said it would be to us by 6/26, it did not arrive until 6/30. Also the measurements of this unit are incorrect on the website. I called to report it but appears to still not be correct. The dog beds that we bought for it to meet the sizing, do not fit as the interior measurements are still off. The gate doors are bulging out in a couple of places which causes the doors to scrape when they slide from one end to the other, would prefer to have the corrected or doors replaced, if possible. I recently became an unexpected mom to a huge 9-months-old border collie. I needed a good sturdy kennel and wanted one that was attractive as well. I really love this kennel. It is very large, but it's what I needed. I had some difficulty putting it together by myself, but it is very doable. I also purchased the beautiful pillow shown inside in the attached photo from Wayfair, but the pillow is a little too lofty for my dog.
