Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. This fan is so adorable yet does a fantastic job moving air around. We installed this within 20mins. There was a bit of mixup when screwing in the fan blades but realized it when we turned it on. No worries, it was simple and easy to install. Instructions were simple and manageable. Easy to follow. The look of the fan is also very nice. The color is just as the website page.
