This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Gorgeous linen white color that matches our walls perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered 2 of these and each has some slight imperfections from handling. Luckily, it's in hidden areas not visible. I wasn't expected these to be already built. Shelves are not easily adjustable because they come screwed in place. We use for our kids' books.. Eileen. TX. This bookcase wasn't exactly what we wanted. Perfect measurements for our space and the right price. We decided to refinish it (sand, stain, and wall paper backboard). Major gripe is the support they send isn't enough. It bows at the bottom (empty with TV on top that weighs less than overall product weight limits) so we installed 3 additional supports as well. After reno it turned out perfectly. Note - not all holes line up for install and some weren't drilled at all. Overall happy with the finished product (post reno).. Walter. Deland, FL.
