Absolutely beautiful, black, solid wood table! It is not engineered wood or cheap MDF. Very easy to assemble. Just add the four legs. One of the two support pieces that go on the underside of the table came unattached during shipping but it was easy to rescrew it back into place. I'd been trying to find a sturdy chair that would handle a large person (225 pounds) doing chair dips, chair workouts, incline pushups, and whatever other exercises I come up with that require a chair. The biggest issue was finding a chair that would stand up over time.
