I really like the durability and color of the cabinet with the soft lighter wood color. For the price it's not bad quality. There was a small dent on one of the pieces but I think that is due to shipping. I like the fact that it has locks for security and multiple hooks to hang items on the inside. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)".
