I purchased this pan to replace my dedicated nonstick pan for eggs. I seasoned it twice using the potato skin, oil and salt method. It performed beautifully the first time I cooked eggs in it. This particular frypan is by far one of the best that I have ever used. In fact, I am seriously thinking about getting the next larger sized frypan also.
