The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor. Nice look, have only used it a week but have not had any stains, etc. Easy to clean and matching drains look nice. Update - have had it for 4 years now so downgraded to 4 stars from 5. Like the sink,works well,looks good. Only compaint is that over time the center divider can get very small chips/wear. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats. This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)".
