FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026

Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026
