I needed a small shelf for a corner for my overflowing book collection. This holds quite a few books while not taking up too much space. It looks decent and does the job. It’s a little less stable on carpet than I would like so if you have kids definitely secure it. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that!
