This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. This chair is SO cozy! I love that it is oversized, it allows my pup to sit on the chair with me or even allows me to sit sideways to get extra snuggly. The cushions on the sides are a nice touch that allow me to sit comfortably in additional positions and since theyre not attached, I can also just use them as pillows. My one complaint is that the cushions- including the side pillows, the seating part and even the back cushion- didnt inflate very much. It said to give it up to 72 hours but its been two weeks and Ive even tried to fluff them up myself on multiple occasions and this is as fluffy as theyve gotten. Best bang for the buck! I bought the three seater couch that came with (2) ottman's as well as the chair. The installation directions were super easy and I put them all together quickly.
