Love this may it is perfect for our porch.. Daisy. Moseley, VA. Wed Oct 07 2026

Our casual coir doormat is a classic design that stops dirt and sand right at the door. Made from durable natural coconut fibers, it's backed with PVC for added stability. Coir is best used in covered locations such as a porch, or indoors.

I genuinely like this rug, though it possesses a few characteristics worth mentioning. On the positive side, the packaging was excellent; the rug was easy to unwrap and showed no signs of curling upon being laid out. I originally purchased it for indoor use, but because the coir material is much firmer than I expected, I am relocating to my outdoor terrace. My only significant critique concerns its maintenance. The fibrous material easily traps hair and fine debris, which can be quite stubborn to remove.. Aaron. Houston, TX. Sun Aug 16 2026

It's crafted from coir, a natural fiber that's known for its ability to scrape away dirt and debris from shoes before they enter your home. The generous profile provides plenty of coverage for wider entry spaces, while the thick construction offers a dense feel underfoot. Its weather-resistant material handles the elements throughout the seasons while maintaining a neat appearance. Plus, the thick fibers create a functional surface that helps keep your space clean. The simple border motif is hand-stenciled using fade-resistant dyes for a crisp look. To keep it looking good for longer, we suggest using it in a sheltered area like a covered porch.

We like it. Nice and thick to make entryway transition easier. Modern styling. Simple, but looks good. One star off because it’s still shedding and leaves little tan fibers around.. John. Memphis, TN. Thu Aug 20 2026

Be aware that this mat is very thick at 2-14”. My outward opening screen door would not clear the height. It would be helpful if this were noted in the description. To return the mat I was charged 5 fee. Very disappointing.. Tracy. Gresham, OR. Sun Jun 21 2026

Naturally harvested coir fibers are hand-woven using traditional looms and then sheared to create a dense pile that helps to trap dirt, and moisture, and clean shoes. Elegant designs are hand stenciled on the doormat using fade-resistant dyes. Heavy coir backing keeps the doormat in place and locks the fibers in to minimize shedding. Coir fiber is naturally mold and mildew-resistant. Handmade from coir fibers, a renewable resource, coir mats are environmentally friendly and made with a minimal carbon footprint. Coir mats are completely biodegradable and compostable. For optimal results, the manufacturer suggests using this doormat in a sheltered area, such as a covered porch, and keeping exposure to extreme moisture and sunlight to a minimum. If the doormats are excessively exposed to the elements, some color transfer may occur onto natural stone, concrete, or other surfaces and stenciled designs may eventually fade. The texture of the fibers is normal and adds a special character to each individual doormat. During the first few weeks, it is normal for the coir doormat to shed fibers.

Take this one, for example, crafted from coir a natural fiber harvested from coconuts that scrape shoe and boot bottoms clean. This doormat is a great option for use in entryways and mudrooms thanks to its quick-drying properties. And with a vinyl backing, this piece resists slipping and sliding, so it can stand up to regular use.
