I have about 5 of these pumps. They work good at first and will last long time however not dependable. When overheat they stop. But most of all I wish they would come on every time you turn it on or when water gets under them. I have to prime it ( give it some air ) movevit around up and down to come on and not fun when raining outside in the cold. But better than little giant and less expensive. Donna W.. Wed Mar 06 2019

I bought this to do monthly maintenance on my old sewer line where roots get in at about 25' so no more rentals. I just used it for the first time and it did the job of clearing the roots but.... DO NOT USE THE RUBBER GLOVES THAT ARE INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!. unless you want to lose a finger. That is my biggest complaint. The Auto feed is very slow too, in fact I didn't even think it was working but it kind of does. It seems to be made well the cables are very sturdy and strong which was important to me. I have only used it once but so I'am happy with the purchase the price is fair I will save money in the long haul. DON'T USE THE GLOVES!!!!!!!!!. Rick. San Diego, CA. Thu Jul 23 2026

Excellent quality! Super quiet, it was delivered very promptly and excellent packaging, that was my big concern, after the delivery person threw it onto my step going upstairs.. shame on that person! They wouldn't want nobody delivering their product to them that way, but after I took it out of the box that was very securely wrapped, it worked fine!
