Pleasantly Surprised with these mini trees. They come already set in nice, solid pots and don’t feel cheap at all. The trunks are thick wooden dowels, but once they’re sitting out, they actually look pretty real. The leaves have a great olive-tree look and a nice amount of “fake” olives. The undersides of the leaves are gray, though, so I had to flip a bunch of them to make it look more natural. Also, the branches aren’t attached super well , if you bend or rearrange them too much, some can pop off and be a little tricky to put back on. That said, they’re the perfect size for shelves, counters, or anywhere that needs a little something without the hassle of a real plant. I’m really happy with this artificial tree. The base and the bottom branches come together as one, and then the tall branches gets slid into those holes. This is a very nice faux olive tree. It took me quite a while to get it all spread out and arranged in a natural way. The tree is put together with three pieces that come together easily. I spread out the individual branches and then the stems. As I arranged it in a pleasing manner, I tried to remember what olive trees look like in nature. When there were olives on or near the tip, I bent that stem down. Don’t worry about getting it to look perfect. Olive trees are usually wonky. Even if the reverse or underneath silvery part of the leaf is showing, that’s very natural. I think it looks very nice in my space and is of good quality. I ordered the 6-ft olive tree, and overall Im very happy with it! It looks beautiful, realistic, and was easy to assemble. The leaves and olives give it a full, natural look, and the white planter fits perfectly with my décor. My only complaint is that it didnt come with enough faux grass to fully cover the top of the pot, so I had to get creative for my photos.
