The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. I really love this set. Its not huge, but I dont feel cramped sitting on it. The cushions are plenty comfy, and so far, the chairs seem like theyre going to hold up well. I gave it four stars instead of five only because some of the bolts took some really difficult extra effort to get them to finally start threading into the holes correctly . Love them!! I love the shape, storage, color, and material. We've had them for a few months now. They are pretty large so you need space for them. Came all put together with the smaller one inside the larger one. They do show hair if my cat lays on them but just a quick wipe and it all comes off.
