The lights wont be fully installed for a while yet but I am pleased with their overall desighn and condtruction. THey will hold up well to outdoor conditions. There is a swith on the junction box that will change the lighting effect as desired. Lastly - the description, and even instructions, specify a 2 7/8" hole saw cut needed for installation. THis is not a readily avaiable hole sixe to find, but on further isnpection, a hole saw of 2 5/8" is sufficient and will do the job just as good if not better providing a hole with less slop for the fixture to move within.. These were easy to install. Really easier than the old-style can lights. The light is very even. I have them on a dimmer switch and have had no problems with it. The stainless steel trim pieces are held in place by tabs. I bent the tabs with my fingers because I didn't want to damage the fixture with pliers. They were hard to bend.
