I used one panel and cut it in 3 sections. The bad thing is you can see the seams but I tried to hide them with the shelves and decorations. The paneling holds with a nail gun but the shelves held it on better. The paneling is too heavy to hang when it's one piece. nicely made polystyrene pieces which are well designed, but require an expert carpenter for a quality installation due to slight variations from piece to piece, injected molded from similar but not identical molds. Per my carpenter, these were convenient, but required a tremendous of finesse and adjustments at every miter joint to look right. Quality glue (PL Premium) and a solid substrate that will not move (a grid of 1x3's glued and screwed to ceiling joists) are essential for stability. Overall "a wash" in terms of time and expense compared to having full boxes and mouldings constructed the old fashioned way. For the curved bay windows straight pieces needed to be hollowed out, bent, and carefully glued and tacked in place under high tension. the 2 by 4 drop-in PVC rectangle ceiling tile smooth wall paneling was easy to install the only thing they do not bend you have to be careful putting them in; I chip one before I was able to put it in the ceiling to replace the old ones. they worked better to install the pendant lights on because of their firmness not the fancy ceiling tiles I purchased from Wayfair also. the pendant lights came from Wayfair as well.. Easy to work with, process is a bit tedious and time Consuming due to prep work and finishing details. We chose to attach to the wall using a brad nailer instead of glue to avoid wall damage if neededwant to remove in the future. So we had to caulk the seams as well as the nail holes, then sand, and we finishes it with two coats of our wall color in a glossier finish.
