I’m not qualified to say a product is Commercial Grade material; however, I will say it is a hard plastic and not a rubber material. Everything sort of snapped together except for the top and I had to have help. Getting the hooks snapped to the lid was very difficult. Extremely disappointed in Wayfair and this product. I ordered two of these products in each of them showed up damaged. The first one had two corners completely crushed in and dented. The second one arrived with a 2 inch punctured hole, through the metal even, in the side of the unit. When I opened the door, the knob was missing from the temperature controls. Once I found the knob, I tried to put it on where it belonged however, I realized that the whole unit that runs the temperatures was actually broken and did not even fit in the compartment to attach the temperature knob too. We plugged their unit in to see if it would run and work. The unit turned on and ran however it made extremely high-pitched random noises and ran completely uneven with different varying up and down pitched sounds, obviously the cooling unit is not working properly.. This 100 gallon resin lockable deck box is exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I liked it so much that I purchased another one. Assembly was super simple. Only tool needed was a Phillips screw driver. It took less than a half hour to put together. I use it on my screened in porch for my pool supplies. It makes an unsightly mess disappear! It arrived in perfect condition, and very quickly. The only reason that I gave it four stars is that the center of the top is a bit flimsy. It is reinforced with metal, but it doesn't quite strengthen it enough to sit on it, as advertised. I certainly wouldn't use it as a table in my living room, also as advertised.
