This is a solid bed-frame for the price asked for it! I knew I wasn’t wanting to break the bank for my first solo frame (I still have to furnish the rest of the room), and this bed-frame comes with a headboard for an (in my opinion) lower fare than what you see elsewhere. I did pay the additional cost to have it assembled for me (~80), and the assembly took just a little under an hour for him to put it together (he arrived with all the tools he’d need, so you truly rest easy). This is great. Seems structurally stable. Easy to put together. Two complaints. The silver metal bolts are visible on the outside of the posts, so I’m spray painting those to match the frame. The bigger complaint is that the mattress slides. The bottom rails are smooth and flush. there’s no recessed area for the mattress to sit in to keep it in place. I got a different person who explained there should only have been one box and she only was seeing one snapshot!? She had me open the box to make sure everything was there. Of course everything was was right there all in one box! I then called Fedex back to explain all of this again and to let them know everything was okay! It was obviously a fluke with the Fedex driver but Fedex never admitted to or explained what really happened with the second snapshot. At any rate, I was happy to know that I had received everything in the one box. The bed frame with the headboard is really nice! It took awhile to assemble, but, I'm sure most anyone else, especially a man, could put it together in no time! It is made of a very heavy metal ...great quality and durable enough to last for many years! It is cost effective since it only requires a mattress ...no box springs required! Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions.
