Installation seemed really easy but we used a professional who had done these before and it only took him an hour. We have the gold one and it replaced three gold and white pendants that were hanging vertically. The style and linear shape fit better with our kitchen. I am pleased to see veining on the alabaster shade. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as you can see the tiny screws on the metal holding the shade if you look closely.
