This chair exceeded our expectations! When we pulled it out of the box my husband and I both loved it even more than the pictures. The graining in the wood is beautiful along with the texture of the cane & cushions seem to be really good quality! I recently moved into my old house so there's not any clutter, just this fireplace. It's beautiful!! It took me about 2 hours to assemble (see before and after photo above). There were a couple scuff marks on the finish, but I was able to conceal with a stain pen (this fireplace is the Whiskey Maple finish - I used a mahogany tint to touch up scratch and it worked perfectly)! The blower fan is a little louder than I expected, (no louder than when my furnace kicks in)but I still love it!! The directions are very easy to understand and the controls are simply, also.
