I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. I really like it a lot but the fire pit has issues - once you hold the knob in and light it you need to continue to hold the knob in for up to 15 minutes or more before it will stay lit without you doing so.
