Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable spa and hot tub from Bestway is the most compact and versatile unit I have ever used! The hot tub has all of its mechanics (water pump, filtration, and interface) imbedded into the unit itself! This makes not only a great unit for more compact spaces but also just a better looking set up in any space! The units cover adequately keeps water temps warm and great at keeping the outside from entering the water. The cleaning tablets needed for this are your standard and can easily be replaced to your own liking and standards. As the colder months approach us this should be a no brainer for those looking to enjoy a warm relaxing evening in your own hot tub spa! Highly recommend you checking out one of these if you’re in the market!. Jeremys36_1679. Tue Oct 14 2025

From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026
