Very nice pole and it is very sturdy. The top piece was not attached. Bought the Arcitectura Mailbox too which was missing 2 bolts. Contacted customer service and the agent was most curt and unkind in her correspondence and told me it was attached to the base. It wasn’t and said they don’t keep additional pieces on hand - bolts, nuts, washers!! Was not pleased with her unsupportive , uncaring, very poor attitude!!. Marypat. Monterey, TN. Tue Dec 16 2025
