Finally found one that lasts! I want to start by saying I intentionally waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure this product truly stood the test of time before recommending it — and I’m so glad I did, because it did not disappoint! I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something.
