We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. This is a nice shed…after the hundreds of tiny bolts and nuts! Yes it sucked peeling all the plastic covering off, but if it hadn’t been on there, there would have been scratches in the paint. I was expecting that part. My fingers were not prepared for all the nuts and bolts! Other than that, it’s sturdy enough once it’s finally done. We live in a rural area so secured it to our fence also so that it didn’t get knocked over from the fierce winds we get here. We also set it on 16” square pavers to keep it from sitting in the dirt. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest.. He loves the space and it has held up to his destructive nature. It took 2 people all day to put it together, but that was largely because there are a ton of screws for this. Oh my, I saw others give this 3 stars and I wish that I could, but no. The instructions are horribly written. I had to really study and look ahead to try and figure out what they were asking me to do. Even then, I had to take pieces apart and rearrange. I took photos of the holes not lining up, scratches, etc. The material is really thin. I could bend it easily with my hands. My daughter is happy to have it to store items, but I’m sure that water will come in. I do not have high hopes for it. The 2 shelves came in 4 pieces. You had to screw 2 together to make a shelf. Patience is a virtue - I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 10 hours. Picture instructions were 90% adequate however there were some steps I had to really focus on the drawings to determine where the pieces fit - inside/outside position grooves. Some of the screw instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. Definitely use a drill to help screws go in cleanly and keep closer to the outer edges to ensure screws actually go into walls. Having a second pair of hands during the wall & roof installation would have been less taxing physically. Screws for door hinges have no spares and as 2 of the 24 provided did not fit really well and I ended up stripping one of them and the other was only able to tighten half way I would have like the floor to be a bit firmer than it is. And the sizing is more 4.5 ft x 2.5 ft which was a bit of let down as I wanted to fit my current shelving units on both sides. I also would have liked a middle roof bracket to give it more stability for the door opening, plus I think it would have helped make the roof installation a bit easier.. Christine. North Saanich, BC. I received my shed and I love it, however, the two guys who put it together said that a lot of the parts were dented, but usable, and also about 20 screws were missing.
