To make the long story short, this shed was extremely easy to build! The instructions were clear and each part was properly labeled! But, for the long story, I prepared my area by making a wooden base. I laid out all the pieces from the box and the screws. Only a couple of the metal panels needed to be bent back (assuming from shipping and handling). Since each piece was labeled correctly, it made putting it together simple. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over! This is a really nice storage cabinet. The size is perfect and the colors look great, which was a big plus for us. Putting it together definitely takes two people, and some of the instructions were a little confusing. It did come with extra screws, which was nice and helped just in case. It felt a bit flimsy on its own so you want to use the ground spikes. It comes with once those are in. It is actually very very stable. It does exactly what we needed it to do.
