This is a great sturdy and handsome piece of furniture. Made of beautiful hard wood and metal frame. The finish is a little darker than I thought it would be, but still a perfect match for my bedroom, where I use it for my computer, printer and other items. There are adjustable feet at the bottom of the four legs, in case your floor is uneven, etc. This is a really nice piece. Unlike some other folks here who left reviews, mine does not have any strange or strong scent. It smells completely fine and normal. Everything came well packaged, with just the right amount of packing materials. There was a slight (very small) chip on the very bottom of the shelf I used on the bottom. Not from shipping, likely a small defect in manufacturing. They offered me a 15% discount and I accepted. I turned that shelf to face the back and I am satisfied. We are using this as shoe storage in our master closet - it fits nicely under the area with a top hanging clothes rack - we have built ins but needed a little more shoe storage- I like the sturdiness of the real wood and the ability to adjust each shelf height - it really matches our built ins and gives us some extra storage without the costs of of having more custom build ins made- assembly was involved but came with everything we needed except the tools and were easy to follow. This unit has 11” deep shelves, not as 9.5” described. It is identical to another I purchased elsewhere at a lower price, but I will just keep it as it will work okay in my space. It is a pretty nice unit, but not easy to put together because it uses “cam locks” which I find hard to get to work well.
