It also gives you two app suggestions you can use to give you specific workouts with instructors. It folds up easily which is an awesome feature so it doesnt take up a lot of space. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low.
