Many also reduce contaminants such as lead. Elkay’s filters are easy to connect and are self-contained replaceable cartridges, limiting exposure to contaminated media.

The most popular location in the Medical Facility is the Water Cooler. Why, it appears to be the desire for the filtered water to fill the various bottles the staff and visitors have. The reason is the taste. We are in a hard water area and the filter is a game changer. Coffee & tea pots last longer, the water taste better all due to the filter. It is easy to install so we are never really off line for very long.. Tab56. Oxfordshire, England. Thu Aug 03 2023

Been using the 20x25x4 for multiple years now. Filters work great, I replace mine every 90 days in my house. Never had any issues or concerns about quality or construction of the filters. I've seen many complaints about the 1" thick filters and while I understand their concerns; a 1" thick filter is old technology and should consider getting a larger filter box. I find the complaints about the tabs holding the pleats in the filter where you may have to push a few back trivial. You're buying a MERV 11 equivalent disposable filter, again DISPOSABLE. It wasn't long ago when everyone was just using the blue fiberglass air filters.. There is a balance between retail cost and manufacturing cost. If they raised prices to appease everyone, they'd complain the filters are too expensive even though build quality is excellent!. Your Neighbor. Indiana. Thu Dec 22 2022

It is a revolutionary filtration and cooling system. Air-Care electrostatic air filters are 10 times more efficient than the standard disposable filter. By switching to a permanent electrostatic furnace filter, the air inside your home will be cleaner and fresher. Our furnace filters are electrostatically charged to trap up to 88% of the dust and allergens in your home. Just easily wash the filter every 1-3 months and put it back in place. The sturdy metal frame will stand the test of time. With a lifetime warranty, why not make the switch to a permanent air filter? Electrostatic Air Filters clean the air by using static electricity, a safe, naturally occurring phenomenon. An electrostatic charge is generated by air flowing through a maze of static-prone fibers. Airborne particles are attracted and held by the static charge until released by washing. All Air-Care Electrostatic Air Filters contain an EPA-registered anti-microbial material to inhibit mold and bacteria growth on the air filter surface. electrostatic air filters the air you breathe and contains many irritants such as pollen, dust, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, and smoke. Most of these particles are smaller than one micron. Our Electrostatic Air Filters are an effective and efficient way to reduce the number of these particles in your air. This illustration shows the typical dust-loading pattern of the electrostatic fibers. This unique characteristic improves air flow while providing maximum filtration.
