Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be. I am a pink lady and this shoe rack is a pepto pink is how I describe it which makes it so easily seen in a dark closet finding my shoes etc is now a breeze. I love you can stack them too if wanted depending on use,and space. Very sturdy and very easy to put together with snapping the two long racks together at the center and screwing in the 4 screws. Also makes it easy to take apart if moving or storing. Everything you need and the little wrench comes with it. Even the screws and bolts to attach to each other if purchasing more are included.
