When the package arrived I unpacked all the items snd noticed one item cracked and I was so disappointed plus I really didn’t want to repack all the pieces into the box. I went to the Wayfair Help area and although I had to take a lot of pictures, I was able to get a new piece mailed to me. Communication kept me informed of the shipment. The desk itself took a bit of time to put together for me and if time is a constraint, I would hire someone else to do it. The extra phone plugs are handy and the lights can be white or blue, which really make it nice so don’t buy a lamp to go along with the desk. The only other thing is the labels for each piece are large and some are more difficult than others to take off, but a little bit of Goo Gone and elbow grease will help.. Mz. Boca Raton, FL. Beautiful desk and easy to assemble. I would give it 5 stars except for two issues: the 4 screws for the keyboard tray require a cross tip screwdriver (which is either not in the instructions or I missed it) - not a problem getting one to use. However, screwing the tray in was quite difficult without first putting blocks under the board to bring it up to the correct level so you could put pressure on the screws when screwing in. Secondly the supports on one side were not flush at the corner (see photos) causing the short side to be in slightly.
