This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. Great chair that is firm in terms of support, yet soft in terms of cushion. Most options seem to have firm cushions, which I didn’t want in a reading chair because I wanted it to also double as a napping spot. The swivel side table, charging ports, cup holders, adjustable back for relaxing or to convert into a sleeper, and storage in the arm rests and main part of the chair make this a great lounge chair for small spaces. The room is small and this chair is perfect without taking over the whole room—I’m still able to fit 5 book cases, a small rocking chair, and a large side table with this chair in the same space with room to spare. A Belgian Malinois and an adult fit in this perfectly, and we’ve inadvertently taken a nap on it while the human was reading because it’s so comfy. I wish it came in a navy blue, but the gray is nice and will probably hide the dog hair. Other than assembly directions and parts labeling being easier to follow, there are no complaints! Great buying experience !!! I couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two of these in the light gray for my living room. They shipped via FEDEX and they actually arrived a day earlier than was initially indicated. They are very well package. ( two boxes for each chair, so I got four boxes total They ship the two arms in one box, and they put the base, back, and back cushion in the Assembly was very straightforward. Took me about an hour to complete both chairs ( about 30 minutes each ). The seat is a very good firmness-though I suspect it will get softer as it gets more broken-in. But honestly i like a good firmness seat cushion like this. The light gray color is pretty true to the ad photos, and the fabric itself has a good feel to it. It’s a smooth easy comforting feel. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. While this oversized sleeper chair doesn’t exactly feel supernatural it is surprisingly comfortable to lay on so I think it will work great for occasional guests.Tye fabric is nice and soft and does seem like decent quality. I do very much like to storage compartments in each side and the cup holders. My only real complaint was that the instructions were absolutely horrible! The pieces didn’t match and nothing was labeled with stickers so you could figure out what each part was, and this was especially important for the three cushion pieces. It was quite challenging to assemble and that was only due to the poor instructions as the parts did kind up well once you figure out what’s what. Overall, it is a nice sleeper chair.. Marcia. This sleeper seat rules!! I find it incredibly comfortable to sit in, very wide and spacious. My cat also loves it! As a bed, I agree with other reviewers, it's a bit firm (and I like firm). I absolutely LOVE this chair. I wanted color without it being too much and this is it. It is comfortable - not too firm, not too soft and I love the wider width. Also, I hate that everything needs to be put together but this was simply attaching the legs so easy enough.
