I have quite a few different solar lights in my little yard, but this one is the best! It only takes a small breeze for the circles to spin, and sometimes they go in opposite directions. The Wind Spinner is absolutely beautiful! The instructions were quite simple and easy to assemble. The Wind Spinner rotates 360 degrees around. Strong and sturdy material along with colors that are neutral to blend in any area of the yard. I didn't need the added rod for height. 60 inches high was more than enough.
