Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. I wanted to write the review as soon as I could, but we have to wait till after the holidays to install however, we started to at least unpack it at the top to make sure the marble wasn’t broken. Everything looks so far so good, except as you can see for the last picture there was a little damage on the box, but it doesn’t seem to be a problem so far The delivery that we set up were very kind and considerate I appreciate the help that they gave bringing it into the garage. This product is very heavy and sturdily built. The top is very nice luxury item for sure As soon as i have it installed, I will update this review With new pics!
