We ordered this door because of its beautiful olive green color and glass details. The quality of this door was a great value for the price, came with the frame to install as well and free shipping. When we received our door the olive color is more subdued than the picture on the site. This was a pleasant surprise because it was such an earthy rich color and the glazing was very well done. We loved this door so much and had to return unfortunately because it arrived with structural damage from shipping. The door itself was packaged and wrapped for protection very nicely so it was just one of those things that happens. We notified Wayfair and sent images of the box before opening and after opening. Customer service offered a local repair service, we opted for full replacement. Wayfair customer service was prompt and it was easy to communicate online. We have received our replacement door in perfect condition and can't wait to install. What could have been an ordeal wasn't a hassle because of the great customer service- Thanks Wayfair!!!.
