This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. I purchased a rental home and it has a hallwaylaundry room by exit to the garage. Overtime I want to build out a nicer cabinet and hanging area, but I was short on time wanted to fill it up with a quality piece of furniture that could be useful short term and also fit in anywhere else.
