This is an update to my prior 1-star review. I have changed my review to 5-stars. After receiving the 1st shipment broken, I contacted Wayfair and was promptly sent a replacement, no questions asked. The 2nd shipment came as equally well-packed, but this time the item was not damaged. I'm pleased with how Wayfair promptly handled this issue and very happy with the replacement pagoda. It's part of my Asian-themed landscape art. I was disappointed this item came broken, thus the 1 star. While the item was very well packed with plenty of bubble wrap and package air-pillows by the sender, FedEx mishandled it, as evidenced by the damaged box, and the pagoda top was shattered and in multiple pieces. I didn't even bother to finish unwrapping it. Andrea from Wayfair promptly and pleasantly handled my request for a return.
