I ordered the slate gray and they are definitely not gray if you're really looking for that color. They are a nice color of pale blue (see photos) and the sheets are soft and appear to be good quality. They had a strong odor upon opening the box but once washed they are fine. These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. These sheets are nice and soft. They also feel silky. I didn't get them out of the dryer right away, so they definitely wrinkle quite a bit if not taken out of the dryer and put on the bed right away. In the picture, I put the pillow case on a queen size pillow (I got the queen size set). The pillow case fits well but it was confusing at first because I thought it was inside out based on the seams, but the envelope part didn't work. Buttery soft sheets. These are unbelievably soft. They feel so good on the skin and they’re so soft. Make sure that when you wash them you use a little bit of fabric softener and also put them in the dryer on low heat and put a little dryer sheet in there and get them out as soon as possible so they don’t have a lot of wrinkles, but they are the softest sheets ever oh my God these are heaven.
