This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Take this one for example: Crafted from a blend of solid and manufactured wood, it strikes a clean-lined silhouette and boasts a solid neutral finish for a look that complements nearly any color palette and design aesthetic.

Nice color and easy assembly process, the finished product looks good and the color looks nice as well. However it came with a couple of light scratches on the inside, and the styrofoam packing got all of pieces and required more time to clean off. The backing for the shelf was also slightly too small so it took some adjusting to get it to fit right. Christopher Lorenzo. Everett, WA. Mon Sep 21 2026
