My husband bought this shower base because he was afraid that a tiled shower base might leak in the long run. Nevertheless we purchased this Kohler shower base. It came in a crate that was half open. After installing he noticed two scratches on it. Tried calling Wayfair but could not get through because of COVID. I’m hoping that they sell some type of product that can buff out the scratches. This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind. Despite more than enough packing protection, we still received it with a bad ding in the front side. We had thoroughly checked the shower basin where the box was damaged. There was no basin damage in the damaged box areas. Thus, we didn't notify company within specified time. This shower basin was obviously repackaged to hide the bad ding and the bad ding is about a half inch high along outside front edge. It will be an overwhelming challenge to hide it with flooring.
