It’s really nice for the price, but smaller than expected. It looks like solid wood, but the dimensions provided were false. The unextended length is 47 in and with extension only 59in. Bought this specifically to fit my space and because it can be expanded to an oval when needed. Expanding is quick and easy to do glides smoothly. The downside is that there is a crease down the middle for the left to be inserted but it is nicely stored under the tabletop in the hidden compartment which is a nice detail. Also note that the legs are wide which may come up against your legs when you’re seated. I got around that issue by slightly rotating the table so that the chairs fit between the legs. Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that.
