I like that it’s customizable but take into account that it’s a little puffier in person. In this case it made it too deep so it sticks out over the edge slightly. The color is a nice dark brown with somewhat of a variation in color. It’s nice and thick but perhaps a little stiff for an indoor bench versus outdoor furniture. After sitting on it I can tell that it holds the wear - meaning that you can see where people have been sitting. Definitely need to make sure to sit on it evenly so it doesn’t develop dips. I really like this cushion. It's huge and a great size for lounging on. The fabric seems really sturdy abd of good quality so far. My only reservation is that it is pretty thin. I mean, you can't expect too much from a 1" cushion, so it's not like it wasn't to be expected. It just seems like it might not bounce back after prolonged sitting, but other than that, I like it..
