Exactly as described. There was a small piece of wood on one side that popped out when one of the dowels was pushed in, so deducting one star for that. But overall, it is solid wood, feels sturdy, and just as pictured. Be aware that when empty, it feels inclined to want to tip forward. This was reduced when I put cat food at the bottom and weighed it down a bit. If I had small children, I would absolutely use the wall anchor. This cabinet is just the right fit for what we are using it for, a liquor cabinet. The color is gorgeous and the size just right. However it isn’t quite as stable as I would like so we might try to attach it to the wall if possible. Also, while moving the shelves, be aware that the little silver things that hold them up can fall causing the other shelf to fall if you move them. Going to look for better hardware for that. I think the piece looks very nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, I do feel the price is too high for what you get. Once assembled, it does not feel very sturdy. The structure seems somewhat weak, especially considering the cost. One major issue is that the top section does not fully align or securely attach to the bottom section. It only has two small connectors holding both parts together, which makes it unstable. When you push it slightly, it leans backward, which is concerning. I love this solid wood pantry. The butter yellow is lovely and it seems very sturdy. We did pay the $113.00 extra to have it professionally assembled and that went fairly well. It came with two drawers but the handyman said he was unable to install the drawers. I really needed this for canned goods so I donated the unused drawers.
