First of all I love it! I could not believe though that the shelves were not made of clear glass so the lights illuminate both the top and bottom. We had ordered this to a small town in Canada, so it took a little longer than expected to arrive. When it did arrive, we discovered it had been sent in the wrong colour. Upon contacting Wayfair customer support, they were very quick to try and resolve the issue. They offered us a discount to keep the one that was sent and it was processed within the same day. The tv stand itself was fairly easy to assemble with two people, and it is sturdy. It's tall, which was just what we wanted to keep our little one away from the tv. Make sure you read the directions! The fireplace I received is not exactly like the one I ordered. I did not realize it was different until 4 1/2 hours after putting it together. The color and the size are what was advertised the quality is good and the fireplace is pretty. We tried to use the fireplace. The flame is so pretty but the heat keeps going out after two minutes. I will call today to troubleshoot shoot to see if it is an easy fix? All that being said I am keeping the fireplace, it looks beautiful in my living-room and it was a lot of hard work to put together.
