I have a narrow entryway and it was always cluttered with shoes. In the photos, you can see before and after. My entryway is much much better because of this cabinet. It was easy to assemble. The only drawback is that it cannot accommodate men’s shoe sizes in excess of 11.5, unless you turn the shoe sideways, limiting the number of pairs on that shelf to two. I moved into a small NYC apartment with too much stuff and no real foyer. There's a coat closet, but it's full.
