I love this solid wood pantry. The butter yellow is lovely and it seems very sturdy. We did pay the $113.00 extra to have it professionally assembled and that went fairly well. It came with two drawers but the handyman said he was unable to install the drawers. I really needed this for canned goods so I donated the unused drawers. These were slightly overpriced, in my opinion, but ultimately exactly what we needed--we had a height restriction, as well as a desired depth--and are serving us nicely. Assembly note: you have to drill holes in the doors, for the hinges, and I was a little worried that was going to lead to issues, but it worked out fine...I didn't have to adjust the doors at all, really (maybe I got lucky). Otherwise, these look great and do their job admirably! (tip: I used some of the cardboard from the box to support them on the carpet...without it, they weren't sitting quite straight / evenly). Absolute garbage. The instructions are terrible, the included hardware isn’t listed in the instructions and are unlabeled, so I had to guess by the pictures what was used where but they were all slightly different sizes so I had to take things apart multiple times. The screws that came with the handles were incorrect and snapped off inside the handle making it impossible to use. I don’t know how anyone reviewed this positively. There was damage on pieces despite the box arriving in good condition. I’ve assembled many cabinets in my life and am in construction. I have never struggled to put any piece of furniture together until now, and the finished product is sub par. I would never recommend this to anyone and would return it if I could.. Emily.
